These terms apply to The Executive Reset coaching programme, delivered by Vanguard Coaching (Erik Alex Balogh, sole trader, United Kingdom).
The Executive Reset is a 12-week, 1:1, fully online coaching programme, including a bespoke training plan, a personalised nutrition plan, daily weekday check-ins, and weekly video reviews, delivered as described on the sales page.
Submitting the application form is not a purchase and does not guarantee a place. Applications are reviewed individually; we may decline an application at our discretion, including on health or suitability grounds.
Payment (in full or by the instalment plan shown) is only taken once your application is accepted and you've agreed to proceed. No payment is collected via the application form itself.
If you decide within 14 days of your programme start date that it isn't for you, you may request a full refund.
If you complete all sessions, log your nutrition, and respond to check-ins throughout the full 12 weeks without reaching your agreed target, you'll continue receiving coaching at no additional cost until you do. This guarantee is void if the minimum engagement above isn't met.
You confirm that you are medically fit to undertake an exercise and nutrition programme, or will obtain medical clearance before starting if you have any pre-existing condition, injury, or concern. We may ask you to get clearance from a GP or physiotherapist before or during the programme.
Results depend on your engagement — attending sessions, logging food and training, and responding to check-ins. The guarantee above is tied to that minimum engagement, not to outcome alone.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the programme.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
